Internally used Cadimin oregano oil has antioxidant activity it promotes gut health and digestion.

Externally this oil works for different kinds of skin issues.

Dosage for Adults:
Internally for the well-being of the digestive system 2 drops 2 times a day mixed with a small amount of water.
Externally against the scalp and against fungi and other microorganisms: mix with shampoo or liquid soap; for topical treatment (e.g., nails): rub 1 drop into the area to be treated 2-3 times a day.
Be careful not to get the essential oil in your eyes.Â
EXTERNAL USE:
Mix with shampoo or liquid soap, topically apply 1 drop of oregano oil to the area to be treated.
For scalp issues: mix a few drops in shampoo and leave on for a few minutes before rinsing.
For teeth and gums: a drop in the toothbrush instead of toothpaste.
You can also use few drops 1-3 directly to the area of skin that has issues.Â
