Solgars B-Complex with vitamin C is a dietary supplement with a good balance of B vitamins and vitamin C.
B vitamins are needed for metabolism, they help convert food into energy and support many other body functions. B vitamins are usually found in whole grain products. Vitamins C is found for example in fruits and promote normal immune function. Vitamin C also increases the absorption of iron and promotes the return of vitamin E to its reduced form.
