Solgar, Betaine hydrochloride+pepsin preparation, 52 g. Betaine is an enzyme that breaks down beta-glucan.  This product contains 325 mg betaine 59 mg pepsin, which helps break down the proteins. 

NOTE! Do not use this product if you suffer from any duodenum, gastric ulcer, or inflamed gullet.

Dosage for Adults: 1 tablet daily with meals.
