The delicious taste of creamy, full-bodied balsamic vinegar is obtained by using balsamic vinegar in oak barrels for at least 10 months. Part of the grape juice is used and concentrated several times in a very slow process to evaporate off the moisture. At the same time, however, the natural flavour profile of the raw materials and their important ingredients are preserved.
In the next stage, the ingredients are mixed together and the flavour is allowed to develop for 20 days, and nothing more is added to the product.
The natural sweetness, fresh and deep fruity aroma of this luxurious balsamic vinegar is balanced by a hint of natural acidity.
